AUTHORS GUIDELINES

Manuscript Preparation

The research article must be an original copy for paper submission, about 4,000-5,000 words, Times New Roman, single-spaced, and with tables and figures. The research abstract must have 200-250 words with five (5) keywords or phrases.

Language

The Paper should be written and presented in English language. 

Paper Format

The Paper should demonstrate the following parts:

  • Heading (Title, Name of the Author(s), Orcid No., Email Address, Affiliation, Address)
  • Abstract
  • Keywords
  • Introduction
  • Objectives of the Study
  • Materials and Methods(For Experimental Researches)
  • Methodology (For Non-Experimental Researches)
  • Results and Discussion
  • Conclusions
  • Recommendation
  • Acknowledgments(Optional)
  • References

Length of Paper

The length of the Paper should not exceed to 11 pages. Articles should be typed in Times New Roman, single-space (including references).

Title Page

Title page is a separated page before the text. It should include the following information:

Title:

Title should be concise and informative.

Author’s Names and Affiliations:

Please indicate the given name and family name. Present the authors’ affiliation addresses (where the actual work was done) below the names. Indicate all affiliations with a lower-case superscript number immediately after the author’s name and in front of the address. Provide the full postal address of each affiliation, including the country name, e-mail address, and the ORCID No. of each author.

Corresponding Author:

At all stages of refereeing, publishing, and post-publication, specify who is willing to handle correspondence. Ensure that the e-mail address and the complete postal address are provided.

Abstract

A concise and factual abstract is required (maximum length of 250 words). The abstract should state briefly the purpose of the research, the principal objectives, the method used, the top results, and principal conclusions. An abstract is often presented separately from the article, so it must standalone.

Keywords

Immediately after the abstract, provide a maximum of 5 keywords avoid general and plural terms and multiple concepts.

Abbreviations 

Each abbreviation should be spelled out and introduced in parentheses the first time it is used in the text.

Introduction 

Provide a detailed description of the problem and relevant literature on the subject and a potential solution or approach. It should be understandable for colleagues from a broad range of disciplines.

Methodology

The method section describes the basic research plan. It comprises the following parts: research design, respondents/subjects of the study, data gathering procedure, statistical treatment of data.

Results 

Should be presented with clarity and precision. The results should be written in the past tense when describing the author(s)’s study findings. Previously published findings should be written in the present tense. Results should be explained, but largely without referring to the literature.

Discussion

Should interpret the findings in view of the results obtained in the studies. State the conclusions in a few sentences at the end of each finding.

Table and Figures

Titles of tables are written above, while the title of figures and plates are written below the images. Please note that the article will be published in black and white.

Conclusions. 

It should briefly answer the objectives of the study.

Recommendations

These are drawn from the findings and conclusions of the study. They must be feasible to be implemented, workable, adaptable, and flexible.
